This is the second British comedy that I watched this week. I rented this and The Damned United because both had such good reviews that I was sure I was in for fun times. I was highly disappointed by both.
I am maybe not so cut up for British humor, even though I had enjoyed a couple of their comedies in the past. This movie had a lot of potential, but for me it just could not deliver. It seemed erratic and long in general, and I kept expecting it to get really good.
It never really got so far, just mildly entertaining.
