Review of In the Line of Fire (1993) by Steve M — 07 Aug 2010
An intense thriller. This one kind of took me by surprise. At times, almost feels like a Dirty Harry film, only Clint Eastwood as a Secret Service agent instead of an inspector. Eastwood did well in his role, and also delivers some really great one-liners.
He proves he's still tough-as-nails. John Malkovich gives a chilling performance as the antagonist, one of the best roles I've seen him in. Even made me sense a little Travis Bickle in him! He was an excellent villain.
I really liked this movie!
