Review of In the Land of Women (2007) by Amberlyn C — 03 Jan 2009
It could have been a good story [i.e. Garden State] on the nature of relationships, and coming home to deal with how one truly wants to live their life. Problem is it was bogged down in the mire of EMOTION.
Everything was dealt with with such over-done emotive reflexes. Even down to looking at a computer, and the attempt at standing still. Eek!
