Review of In the Land of Women (2007) by Ola G — 13 Sep 2008
Wow talk about a director finally bringing out the emotional heights, lows and trumas faced by women so excellently.
The loneliness and isolation faced by women in accpeting a "comfortable" life,.
The endurance physically and mentally, the need for companionship in one hand and love and security on another.
The film touches all these avenues.
It doesn't have a outstanding story as such but definitly a gist of life and what many women can relate to.
