How perfect adam brody is as the heartbroken carter and how wonderful his scenes are with his grandmother, played by olympia dukakis..really funny. I was surprised to find I loved this movie..til the end.
*spoiler* in my world carter would end up staying in his grandmother's house and having a lifetime passionate affair with the oldest of the three he had fall for him. why not?? they were amazing together.
