Review of In the Land of Women (2007) by Gonçalo V — 06 Mar 2010
Adam Brody deftly captures the quarterlife crisis as a twentysomething baffled by death (Olympia Dukakis), entranced by adulthood (Meg Ryan), yet still with a firm grasp on youth (Kristen Stewart).
Unfortunately, the story gets a little muddled in attempting to define adulthood by tossing a little cancer into the mix.
