Review of In the Heat of the Night (1967) by Brian D — 21 Mar 2012
Except for the characters, the television show really doesn't have much, if anything at all, in common with the original movie. Made before the time of political correctness, this one really captures racism in the south during the 60's.
Sidney Poitier and Rod Steiger give some killer performances in this timeless classic.
