Review of In the Heat of the Night (1967) by Ron O — 12 Jul 2009
One of , if not, the best movie ever made. I have watched this one over and over and will never tire of it. It manages to stay fresh for me even in the 20th or 30th viewing. Too bad the modern filmaker has forgotten the importnace of good story, plot, dialogue, mood and acting.
This one had it all. Most new films have none.
