THRILLER/ MYSTERY.
A murder of a wealthy investor occur in small town racist Mississippi invoking top local sheriff (Rod Steiger) of the town to send them San Francisco's finest detectives who happens to be an African American, Sidney Poitier as Virgil Tibbs! One of the finest films ever made because it states racial problems with the mystery used as a backdrop!
