Review of In the Heart of the Sea (2015) by John M — 16 Dec 2015

I'll start by saying I really like nautical movies and this one has all the key elements for a nautical tale. It's a period piece and comes across as fairly believable with the actors really carrying this movie.

The special effects are terrible and if they'd have done a better job with them this movie would have likely done better at the box office. Skip 3D for sure and see this one at the big screen only if it is a discounted show.
