Review of In the Heart of the Sea (2015) by Sam W — 27 Dec 2015

A seafaring adventure that focuses more on the characters and the hardships of reality when everything goes wrong at sea rather than the epic monster hunting adventure you may be led to expect. The story holds no punches and is helped by the good acting, but isn't as deep or have as much impact as Moby Dick.

The special effects are mostly good and although slow at times, the film doesn't run too long.
