Review of In the Heart of the Sea (2015) by Jono M — 27 Dec 2015

Despite the mixed reviews, I saw this because I like Chris Hemsworth, and Ron Howard movies are normally pretty good. Unfortunately, this wasn't either of their best work. The characters weren't memorable, telling the main story as a flashback was pointless and the plot was pretty dull.

I also thought that the CGI was pretty spotty in parts, which isn't a good thing in a movie which heavily relies on CGI.
