If you like Tommy Lee Jones (I do), you will love Dave Robicheaux, the main character of this cold, realistic thriller. Nothing fancy or very original here, just a man of honor fighting as he could to solve two murder cases, one of the present and one of the past, in a corrupted city of the south.
