Review of In the Cut (2003) by Floyd C — 24 May 2009
Another thoughtful examination of female sexuality from Jane Campion, this time in the trappings of a thriller. Funny thing is, both aspects work for me, in spite of the negative reviews this one accumulated, and I think it's due to the excellent performances, though the resolution to the mystery aspect is predictable and silly.
