Review of In the Cut (2003) by John M — 02 Sep 2009
A throwback to seventies-style crime thrillers, and the sexual morals of that era as well, with modern production values. A very different and fascinating role for Meg Ryan; Kevin Bacon also surprises.
The ending seems like an afterthought to tie up the ambiguities in the plot, but the journey is worthwhile.
