You will not find a more disturbing film that is more fun then In The Company Of Men. Don't be confused, the film isn't disturbing because it is gory or violent, but rather because of the play with people's emotions which the main characters participate in.

Aaron Eckhart provides most of the humor in this satirical, black comedy playing his role as a socio-pathical "office man" almost to perfection. If not for the hilarious satirical humor which the movie provides, watch it for Eckhart's breakthrough performance or just to watch something different: a movie that is more realistic than most, opting out of the happy ending to provide us with social commentary of working relationships and gender relationships.
