Review of In Secret (2014) by Andrew L — 26 Feb 2014
In Secret had great promise. It started off well. The acting was excellent. But in the end, it leaves you wanting more. Elizabeth Olsen is great as Therese. She is going to be a superstar and surpass her sisters fame very soon.
Oscar Isaac plays the lustful Laurent, who goes out and succeeds in getting Therese. The go out and decide they want to be together and to do that, they must get rid of Camille (Tom Felton). Jessica Lange plays Camille's mother and plays her best movie role since the under appreciated Bonneville.
You can see what will happen a mile away and the last half of the movie gets bogged down in inanity. Still a decent movie thanks to Olsen and Lange, but it could have been great.
