(2009) In Her Skin.
DRAMA.
Based on a true story recounting the first day a daughter by the name of Rachael Barber (Kate Bell) went missing from the first day on March 1st 1999 murdered by a self-absorbed overweight female teenager who has low self esteem issues by the name of Caroline Reed(Ruth Bradly). Who all she does whine like a convoluted baby. Miranda Otto and Guy Pearce play murdered girl's parents which the film always showcases their pointless pain and grief which people can get from any news show or documentary.
A silly character study which tries to make the audience understand the situation which the murderer's life is substantially better than most overweight people that I know but still acts like narcissist. I swear if one were to use the fast forward button while playing throughout without playing a single scene should still be able to understand everything that happened throughout. The whole film is near pointless to watch if not for some of it's performances by it's two stars of Pearce and Otto.
1 out of 4 stars for the performances of Pearce, Otto and Neil.
