Review of In Her Shoes (2005) by Marcus G — 08 Apr 2010
The quality of this Curtis Hansen film was apparent, but this was not up the standards of "L.A. Confidential" or "8 Mile". Slow and to me at least, unengaging. The acting was of a high standard, but this was to gentle and at time lacked explanations.
For example, when Toni Collette's character seemed to have gone from one a lawyer in one scene to a dog walker in the next? The narrative was not clearly directed and I found this to be confusing.
