This movie has a lot of ups & downs but overall it is worth watching. This is one of the few movies in which the Russian characters speak the language well, this may not be important to most but to those with a Russian speaking background this helps keep the mood of the film as intended.
The brief Charlie Manson look for Van Damme was quite entertaining.
