Review of In Good Company (2000) by Anoushka T — 11 Mar 2010
In Good Company is one of those realistic movies that is just such a good movie, and is just so fun to watch. It is a work movie comedy and romance. It was just very funny and touching. It is one of those movies that doesn't need effects it is just funny and touching.
The movie is about Dan Foreman (Dennis Quaid) who got a new boss Carter Duryea (Topher Grace) and Dan is more than half his age. So Dan is not really upset with this but Carter has some interest in him. But Dan hates him more when he finds out that his boss is having a relationship with his daughter (Scarlett Johansson).
I saw this movie because of Topher Grace. I am starting to become a big fan of his so I decided to watch it and I thought he did great as usual. I think he is one of those great actors who is not used much in movies. Like Guy Pearce.
Dennis Quaid was also pretty good. He is one of the most known actors of the decade. He is a great actor but this is a role that he has already done. He has done this a bunch of times. But he was still good.
But overall this is a funny romantic comedy, and a great movie.
7 1/2 STARS!!!!!!!!
