Review of In Fear (2013) by Dany L — 28 Feb 2014
It honestly just felt very average.
A majority of the running time is spent driving around with this couple trying to find their way in the countryside.
It actually gets suspenseful when a total stranger keeps popping in and out wearing a white mask and the road signs keep getting placed in a different spot.
There's a real beating down on the psychosis part.
I like Alice Englert and Iain De Caestaeecker's acting.
But the ending was very unsatisfying making me question more and not giving me enough answers.
And the whole thing is shot in the dark making it a challenge to tell what's going on.
Maybe I'm missing something.
