Review of In Darkness (2011) by Andres B — 12 Feb 2012
This film is very dark, literally. Half the time it's hard to see what's happening, but all the time, you really understand what is happening and how a strong group of survivors would feel while hiding in the sewers.
It brings the audience down to hide with this group for a couple of hours and ultimately, celebrates the triumph of this very small group of people. At the end, one feels like there is more light coming from the screen than ever before.
In darkness no more.
