Review of In Cold Blood (1967) by Jim J — 16 Aug 2008
Not a film for the faint at heart. Good adaptation of Capote's amazing book that started the true crime genre in writing. Too bad they don't allow "Capote" to appear in the film as he was a major part of the convict's process post their arrest.
Check out CAPOTE and INFAMOUS which explains part of Capote's fascination for this case from a personal perspective. The film's final half hour is brilliant!
