Review of In Bruges (2008) by Drlowdon — 22 Jan 2014
A dark comedy drama a large part of the success of In Bruges can be put down to the witty script and the two central performances from Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson, as well as a cameo from Ralph Fiennes, who manage to keep things grounded even when events start to take a turn towards the absurd.
The wholly original setting only adds to the movie making for an enjoyable watch.
