Review of In Bruges (2008) by Eric S — 12 Nov 2012
In Bruges is simply perfect. That is the best way I can describe this amusingness. The movie is set in Bruges, which is in Belgium (You'll get the joke once you watch the movie). IT talks about a hit-man who has 'lost his way' because he did something bad and now he is going suicidal.
Because of his poor work, his boss orders another hit-man, which is his best friend, to kill him, and now you see how the dilemma works itself through. Colin Farrell acts as if he used to be a hit-man in his previous life who hated everything about the town of Bruges.
The existence of both Ralph Fiennes and Brendan Gleeson make the movie a treat to the eye. IT is very hard to combine Drama, Romance, Comedy, and Action all in one movie, but this movie did it with flying colors all over the damn place! I cannot tell you how bummed I will feel if you read this review and have not started downloading the movie yet.
Go see it, no i'm not being 'movie- critic-funny' crap, I am ordering you in the voice of Ralph Fiennes to go and see In Bruges NOW!
