Review of In Bruges (2008) by Ryan L — 02 Sep 2015
This film has been in my Instant Que on Netflix for a very long time and I just recently got around to watching it. And why I waited this long is a sin because this is one of my favorite movies as of now. my god this film was fantastic.
Collin Farrel at his witty and charming best plays a hitm an named Ray who has to stay with his Hitman friend Ken in Bruges, Belgium. That's all I'm saying.
The script is magnificent. the acting is superb. the score is beautiful. the ending is ambiguous poetry. the direction is great. I have no flaws with this brilliant film. it blends comedy, drama, and brutal violence in such a way to where it flows perfectly and is never cluttered or dull. Great movie. My absolute favorite Collin Ferrel movie. the next is Seven Psychopaths. 5/5 stars. brilliant. a must see for everyone.
