Review of In Bruges (2008) by Janet V — 14 Apr 2012
A depressingly hilarious dark comedy about the things that come down after they blow-I mean, go up; sexual innuendo unintended. The script was prolific, the cinematography was pristine, the acting was visceral.
"In Bruges" takes on violence, the consequence of action, guilt, sin, life, lust, drug abuse, depression, and religion all while still being funny and intensely entertaining.
