Review of In Between Days (2007) by Matt K — 19 Jul 2008
This is a very good artistic and humanistic film. It does a nice job portraying teen life. I loved the way the film was shot. It sets a mood that gives that sense of uncertainty, confusion, discovery, and transition that is a part of being a teen.
It also deals well with the importance a father plays in his daughters life. Also, being a fan of Asobi Seksu, I was happy to hear a few of their songs in the film. This is not a film for everyone, but I highly recommend it.
