They screw. They talk. They screw and then talk again, etc. It may not sound interesting but this is intelligent, thoughtful film making. There are some awkward camera angles and edits and I wasn't sure if that was intentional or not but it doesn't really matter because the characters and dialog are genuine; I almost felt like a voyeur watching these two actors interact.
Think of "Before Sunrise" with some serious sex.
