One of my favorite movies of all times. Filmed waaaay b4 it's time. The issues of race, sexuality, family, poverty and immigration are still relevant today. I would argue that only a true old school New Yorker could really appreciate certain aspects of the movie (like the bath tub in the livingroom) but this is just another reason that makes me love this film even more.
The little girls performance is astounding!
