Review of In a Valley of Violence (2016) by Francisco Q — 15 May 2017
A smart and mighty enjoyable tale of vengeance that pays homage to classic Western films. As soon as the credits roll before the film starts, you know your in for a different kind of movie than the CGI-packed ones released nowadays and that's definitely a good thing as it's what makes this so entertaining.
Hawk and Travolta are fantastic in their roles and the storyline is simple yet intriguing as we all want revenge over what happened to that dog. And that's exactly what we get in a satisfying bloodbath despite predicting the conclusion.
