Review of In a Lonely Place (1950) by Zoran S — 14 Sep 2009
What an amazing movie with a gloriously downbeat ending. It's probably Bogart's most disturbing performance: he's practically a psychotic who can't control his rage. It's also wonderfully directed by Nicholas Ray.
I loved all the trashy Hollywood reference as well.
