Review of In a Dark Place (2006) by Adam L — 14 Sep 2007
Looks like someone took an interesting concept for a short film, stretched it out to 90 minutes or so, forgot the original ending, and gave up somewhere in the middle. I thought it was going to be something like "the Others".
.. Damn I was wrong. It just ended up being a boring, confusing film where the main character seemed to be endlessly taking a bath, looking out the window, and/or hanging out of whatever she was wearing.
.. There are two words that can best describe this film: "pointless" and "meh".
