Review of Impostor (2001) by Dale R — 18 Dec 2008
This movie is meant to play with the mind and while it fails to deliver, it easily suspends reality and is a lot of fun. As with all good adaptations of Philip K. Dick the movie raises higher philosophical questions like what does it mean to have a soul? With that said, I have two items that I would have liked to have seen handled differently; First, don't recycle the battle armor from "Starship Troopers" (it causes some of us to wonder when the Alpha Centaurians show up looking like giant bugs).
Secondly, end the movie at the climax leaving it open to interpretation.
