Review of Immortals (2011) by Adam L — 15 May 2012
Has elements and influences of 300 but it's just bad, I like Greek mythology but this was terrible. The Gods looked ridiculous, all half naked men in spandex underwear! I'll admit the fighting sequences were cool but other than that it was terrible.
Even Rourke acted as if he couldn't be bothered to be there and when he is the only big name in your film that's not a good thing. He just seemed to mutter his way through it all to get his pay cheque at the end.
