Okay, so there is nothing that great about Immortals. Even so, I had to see it because director Tarsem Singh offers something visually appealing time in and time out. His sense of design and colour is outstanding and on that level Immortals delivers.

For me the film is flawed in at least one major way, I don't care about any of the characters or their objectives. The Fall, Tasem's previous film, is much better and if you're curious about this director then that is one I recommend.

Immortals is fun but don't look for anything to epic or engaging. It's all eye candy from the first frame to the last. Turn your brain off and enjoy...
