Review of Imitation of Life (1959) by Dan K — 17 Nov 2010
This is melodrama at its finest. One of the best classic Hollywood films I've ever seen. Each character is so well fleshed-out and developed that you care about everything that happens all the way up until the extremely heart-breaking ending.
I cannot recommend this film enough. You'll likely shed many tears.
