My family enjoyed this romp. The real star of the film is Yara Shahidi, she is so cute and sharp in this film. It is very derivative and unoriginal. Reminds me a bit of Bedtime Stories with Adam Sandler as far as its tone.
Eddie Murphy needs to rediscover his inner child in this. This is a tough sell for the kids, though because half of the film is all business speak.
