Review of Imagine Me & You (2006) by Sian J — 12 May 2009
I thought this film was adorable and funny. Sometimes it verged on conventional rom-com, but the addition of a jilted lover written as decent and lovable (and played by Matthew Goode, who could be a professional CharmingPerson), and it's view of love as both destructive and a path to self-realistion, helped to vere it away again.
Even though the comedy alone made it fun to watch, it's probably best enjoyed by the insufferably romantic.
