Other than the rather unusual love triangle, this movie sticks pretty close to the traditional romcom model, swaying slightly more towards drama than comedy. Recommendable if you're a fan of the genre, I suppose, although the character of the best friend was frankly pretty annoying and hardly warranted all the screen time he was given.
