This is a suburban vision-quest in a nihilistic, amoral modernity. People searching for something in a world offering nothing. Apropos? And hey its got Sigourney Weaver who is so mysteriously hot and Jeff Daniels is always great.
Pretty good movie...American Beauty's melancholy cousin.
