This is the worst movie i’ve seen in my entire life. this is the visual equivalent of people who don’t understand poetry, but say the poem was good even though they don’t get it. Art isn’t supposed to be this pretentious.
Nothing about this movie is horror other than the scenes at the parents’ house, but only because it was creepy. Not because it was actually horrifying. The people saying they “understand” this movie are lying to you and themselves.
If you liked this movie, it was only because you like terrible car rides with people you don’t really care about. The fact that they stopped for ice cream in a snow storm and then let it melt pissed me off more than the fact that these people didn’t actually exist.
Shut up about this movie and stop making movies that require a philosophy degree with an arts minor to even remotely enjoy.
