Review of I'm Still Here (2010) by Lee K — 14 Nov 2010

Um.....Yeah this was a monumental waste of time! I love Joaquim Phoenix to death as he is one of my top 10 fave actors of all time. But still dont see the point to making this film except that it must've been something of an inside joke between himself and brother in law Casey Affleck.

Well haha the joke is on me as well as when I watched the actual night that Joaquim was on Letterman just after hearing the shocking news that he was giving up movies. I was wondering to myself is he cracking up? And after hearing that this was all for this stupid movie I had to see what all this was about and it really had no point at all to it.

We see Phoenix do drugs in nearly every scene along with the so- called priveledge of getting to see one of his english buddies showing off his penis through some of the clips. We also get to see him book studio time with Puff Daddy and we dont know actually if P.

diddy is in on the gag or not, to pursue his newly found career move rap music! Well after seeing this Joaquim your next feature better be of the award caliber or I will be calling it quits as one of your fans.

Not impressed atall!
