Review of I'm Still Here (2010) by Arik V — 07 Jan 2011
Can be seen as a publicity stunt, but the fact is the stunt really did work. The real art is the years leading up to the movie, the reaction of the public to what they did here. This movie brings us all back to what we ourselves thought of phoenix and hopefully brings us a new perspective of our own public projections.
A commentary on celebrity media, absolutely. Over the top at times, yes. Worth seeing? I think so.
