Review of I'm Still Here (2010) by Robert B — 29 Mar 2011
The film didn't live up to the hype that surrounded its initial release. Within the first few minutes it was clear that this was a hoax and though done well, the concept quickly grew tired. Joaquin's performance I believe ultimately is what undid this film, mainly because he was too intense all the time, and it strained believability.
By half an hour in it was clear the film had nothing new to show and the boredom set in. In the end it was a one note, one joke concept. Great idea, but I think it was a failed experiment.
