Review of I'm So Excited! (2013) by Oliver C — 18 Jul 2013

Wonderfully funny and brimming with the queerness Almodóvar can never seem to resist (why would you want him to?), Los amantes pasajeros is probably the most fun to be had at the movies all summer. It's not the same experience as watching one of his more often critically acclaimed melodramas, but a great film by a master nonetheless.

Also, as usual, the director makes such beautiful choices of colour - his distinctive visual flare is irresistible.
