It's got a few too many pointless digressions that keep the film from being as enjoyable as I hoped, but Almodovar's intentions were clearly to make nothing more than a goofy comedy and I suppose on that level it works.
The sequence that no doubt inspired the title is ridiculous in all the right ways.
