Review of I'm Not There (2007) by Christal C — 10 Feb 2009
This movie, like Dylan's music, is a multi-leveled journey through the human-condition. It is alternately a celebration of honesty and a the ultimate lack of truth, as Dylan's legend is made even taller in your mind.
Was it a fair account? A non-biased retelling? I don't believe any human capable of a balanced view. In the end, it was about more than just Dylan, it was a call to authenticity, and in that much, at least, they have more than succeeded!
