I've always been torn about this movie. I was never quite as moved or quite as captivated by it as I can tell the director wanted me to be. In fact, the moment I started to feel for the characters was about the moment it ended.
Perhaps that was intentional? I am watching it in a non-native language, which I'm sure makes quite a difference. Both Jung Ji-hoon (Rain) and Lim Su-jeong do an excellent job. At first I hated the ending, but have concluded it's probably quite plausible.
